Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After your notification of withdrawal, you will have to return the product to us within those 30 days. We will refund you within 14 days after the withdrawal notification, provided we have received the product back in good order or you have provided proof of shipment.
Only the cost of returning the product from your home to our warehouse is at your own expense.
Conditions for Returns
Please return the product with all accessories and — if reasonably possible — in the original condition and packaging. If the product or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, we may deduct the depreciation in value from your refund. Please treat the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning it.
If you handle the product more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may charge any reduction in value.
Custom & Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as products made according to personal specifications (e.g., custom-made or personalized items). However, products ordered within the standard options we offer (such as size, color, capacity, or model) are not considered custom-made and can be returned.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
