As part of Dzukou, we expressed our experience in doing a turnaround in 2025 with:
- LLMs for internal decision support, forecasting, and fast scenario modelling,
- Automation and augmentation of content, merchandising, and customer insights,
- The limits of AI, including data sparsity, bias, and model brittleness,
- Team risks from over-reliance on AI, such as skill erosion and weakened judgment, and
- The need for internal, domain-specific AI tools for pricing, merchandising, and demand planning.
The conversation focused on how AI is boosting early-stage growth, the pitfalls and opportunities.
