The isolating cauthouc doesn’t fit right on the cup top, hence isolation is mediocre.

The mug is beautiful, I am just a little surprised that the lid is plastic as it’s not mentioned in the description. I’d have liked better a plastic-free option. Otherwise, great product !

It looks good but there’s no insulation for holding the tumbler so if you put hot coffee in it, the tumbler is too hot to hold. Having a handle would be better.
